Digital delivery
All Party with a Plot products sold through this website are digital downloads unless the product description explicitly says otherwise. No physical game box is shipped.
Following successful payment, the checkout provider normally gives access to a download page and sends a purchase confirmation or download link to the email entered at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder and verify the purchase email if a message does not arrive.
Each product page identifies the included file types and any requirements such as a PDF reader, audio playback or optional printing. Details for The Return Signal must match the exact edition delivered.
If something goes wrong
Contact support@partywithaplot.com and include your order/reference number, purchase email and a brief description of the issue (no card details). We will make reasonable efforts to help with a missing link, corrupted file, incomplete download, access issue or a product that materially differs from its description. Possible solutions include resending access, providing corrected files or issuing an appropriate refund.
Refund requests
Because downloadable content is accessible immediately and cannot be physically returned, we generally do not offer refunds solely for a change of mind after access has been supplied. However, we will review requests fairly, particularly for duplicate purchases, technical failures we cannot resolve, missing or materially misdescribed content, or other circumstances where consumer law requires a remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable legal rights, including any applicable statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a digital-content purchase. Additional rules can apply depending on where you live and how access was provided. We do not claim that clicking Purchase automatically waives statutory rights.
How to request help
Email support@partywithaplot.com with your order number and what went wrong. Please avoid posting spoilers or private participant information. Refunds, when approved, are normally made to the original payment method through the payment provider and may take additional processing time to appear.
Before buying
Check the listed player count, duration, suitability/content warnings, digital format, included materials, and whether any features require internet access. Only features specifically listed as included are part of the purchase.
